Professional deep cleaning is a must at the end of a tenancy. Poor or no cleaning is one of the main reasons for deposit deductions.

Deep Cleaning:

This is your initial cleaning.

A deep cleaning service will remove the deep dirt and grime.  Every nook and cranny in your home will get special attention.

It prepares your house ready for regular maintenance.

A regular maintenance is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your house.

In addition to our regular maintenance service this includes:

  • Extra hard scrubbing.

  • Damp wipe heavy dust buildup.

  • Wipe baseboards, woodwork and doors with damp towel.

  • Vacuum window sills & tracks.

A deep cleaning is also a good idea if you’re preparing for the holidays or planning a special event.

And there’s no need for you to lift a finger —

hire us to handle the dirty work!

As you can see, a deep cleaning is much more thorough than a regular cleaning service. This is the main reason that you pay twice more when you hire the professionals.

Of course, it also takes longer to complete.
