What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, and we’ll work with you to find a new date. -
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
We use the cleaning chemicals you prefer for your home.
We’ll bring everything else, including vacuums, brooms, mops, sponges, and microfiber towels.

What happens if I’m not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If something isn’t up to standard, notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll address it promptly. -
What is your Cancellation policy?

At Houservices, we value your time and strive to provide reliable and efficient cleaning services.
Our teams rely on a well-structured itinerary and depend on a set schedule to ensure timely service and
optimal resource allocation.

​ Cancellations without adequate notice disrupt our schedule, making it difficult to fill open time slots,
leading to lost revenue and placing an extra burden on our staff. Additionally, it also affects other clients
by altering their scheduled appointments.
Furthermore, our cleaning staff rely on their scheduled hours for compensation, and cancellations with
insufficient notice directly affect their income.

Less than 48 hours notice: If you skip, reschedule, or cancel a scheduled cleaning with less than 48 hours notice, or if we are unable to access your property due to absence, alarm activation, being turned away at the door, or any other reason, you will be charged 100% of the agreed cleaning rate.

More than 48 hours notice: If you skip or cancel with more than 48 hours notice, a 50% charge will apply to your next cleaning. This is due to the fact that there will be a longer gap between cleanings, resulting in more buildup of dirt and dust, requiring additional time and/or effort to restore your home to its usual level of cleanliness.

Emergency Cancellations: In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule or cancel without penalty, depending on availability.

Important Notes: Cleaning teams are not authorized to make or accept changes to your cleaning service schedule. All changes must be made by contacting us directly.

This policy is in place to ensure fair compensation for our staff and maintain consistency in the quality of service we provide.
