Cleaning Services
We are available for:
- Weekly or Bi-weekly cleaning (sorry no monthly clients accepted at this time).
- Move-In / Move-Out cleaning.
- One-time cleaning / special occasions.
Our regular cleaning services include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, toilets, bathtubs and shower stalls and shower doors.
- Cleaning kitchen sinks and counters.
- Wiping outside of appliances and cabinet doors.
- Cleaning stoves & burners.
- Cleaning inside microwave & toaster ovens.
- Removing trash from each room.
- Making beds or changing bed linen.
- Vacuuming Floors & Carpets.
- Mopping floors.
- Dusting furniture, shelves, pictures, ledges, window sills, baseboards and blinds.
- Dusting lighting fixtures & ceiling fans.
- Dusting air vent covers.
- Wiping banisters & rails.
- Removing cobwebs.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning:
In addition to the above services, it includes:
- Cleaning the interior of the cabinets, refrigerator, & oven.
Additional Services:
- Oven or Refrigerator Cleaning $25 each
- Fireplace Cleaning (ashes removed only) $15
- Carpet Cleaning (for vacant properties only) Call for FREE estimate!
Services NOT Included:
- Moving furniture to access areas.
- Reaching high areas (above foot stool reach).
- Cleaning bodily or pet waste.
- Cleaning or washing of exterior windows.
- Carpet Cleaning or spot removal from carpets / rugs / sofas (additional fee).
- Washing dishes or loading / unloading dishwasher.
- Straightening up clutter (piles of clothing, papers, books, toys, etc.).
- Watering plants, feeding or walking your pet.
- Vacuuming pet hair from bed or mattress or vacuuming your pet.
- Flipping over or lifting mattresses off bed or moving heavy furniture.
