"I needed a company that could do a move out cleaning and carpet cleaning on a rental property all in the same day. To complicate matters, I called on a Monday and needed it done that Thursday which was also the last day of the month.
I had a friend look at a consumer rated website and give me information on house cleaning and carpet cleaning services. I opted to go with Houservices because they provided both the services I needed, which eliminated the hassle of having to coordinate two companies, and their rates were very affordable and reasonable.
I spoke with the owners, who were very helpful and accomodating. I explained the situation and they were willing to move some things around to help me out. They asked for a little bit of time to get things set up and then they called me back to confirm. They called that Thursday morning to say their cleaning team would be there at 8am and they showed up right on time. The carpet cleaning team came in after the cleaning team was finished.
I met with the owners at the rental property around 6pm for my inspection. The house and carpet cleaning jobs were both excellent. There wasn't anything that had to be touched up. The stains had been removed from the carpeting and it was 90% dry already. The owners even went above and beyond by checking the smoke alarms for me to make sure they were working.
I met with the owner of the residence around 7pm and he was so pleased he asked for Houservices information and he also gave me back my security deposit on the spot. I would recommend Houservices, LLC. I thought they charged a fair price for both services and believe I would have paid more if I had contracted out separately. They were professional, helpful and customer service oriented."

We have used Houservices every other week for the past year. They are excellent cleaners. The two women are efficient and friendly. We like that the same two ladies are here every time, so they know the house and our requirements. The owner/manager is easy to contact. As my wife and I travel a lot, there is no problem canceling a cleaning session that is not needed. We are pleased with this firm.

Houservices has been regularly cleaning our home for several years now. After every visit, we appreciate coming home to a very clean house. They pay equal attention to all areas of the house (including the guest bedroom/bath that is hardly used). It has been virtually the same crew that has been cleaning our house throughout our time with them, including the owners, as necessary. They are very accommodating to our infrequent schedule change requests, and have also been proactive in contacting us when they've wanted to reschedule. On those occasions when we couldn't agree to their rescheduling requests, the crew has come on the regular day and performed their usual, thorough cleaning anyway. Whenever we have noted issues that need correction, or identified areas that periodically need extra attention, Houservices has adjusted its services willingly and accordingly. Last summer, the crew ended up damaging a couple of our porcelain pieces. The owners immediately contacted us and we ultimately ended up filing a claim against the company's insurance policy for the damages. The only complaint I might have about Houservices is that they could communicate refill needs more clearly; the crew uses our cleaning products (per agreement) and it isn't always clear when a product needs to be restocked. Overall, my experience with Houservices has been very positive and I highly recommend them for regular housecleaning.
