HOUSERVICES, LLC. is family-owned and has been providing high quality
house cleaning service in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area since 2000.

Fees:

We do not charge by the hour; we charge a flat fee for each cleaning.
Give us a call and we will give you a free estimate over the phone or e-mail;
or if you prefer we will be happy to give you a free in-home estimate.
Cancellation Fees:
We do not charge additional for cancellations but we do ask that you please
let us know as far in advance to rearrange our schedule.
License and Insurance:
- How do you really know if the person or company that you are dealing with,
actually has a License and Insurance?
Request to see their Business License and Insurance Certificate.
Houservices is Licensed, Bonded and Insured
and our employees are covered by our Worker's Compensation insurance policy.
Worker's Compensation:
We pay for our employees' Worker's Compensation Insurance.
Unlike many companies, nowadays, that try to pass this responsibility to you.
